What are the dates of the conference?

Conference dates are all day Thursday, September 28, and the morning of Friday, September 29, 2023. A welcome reception will be held the evening of Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

What does my registration fee include?

Registration fees include access to all conference activities and meals:

Registration

Who is attending the conference?

Attendance at P3•EDU is intended for college and university leaders including presidents, provosts, CFOs, VPs, and trustees. The event is by invitation only. Please contact helpdesk@p3edu.com if you are interested in attending.

What is the registration fee?

The registration fee for college, university and association attendees is $750. The registration fee for corporate and non-university attendees is $2,250.

Can my organization pay our registration fee by check?

Payment for P3•EDU is by credit card only. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact helpdesk@p3edu.com.

How do I make changes to my registration?

If you need to make any changes to your registration, please email helpdesk@p3edu.com.

If I need to cancel, how do I receive a refund?

Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund if submitted on or before August 15, 2023. No refunds will be given after August 15, 2023. Please email helpdesk@p3edu.com with any cancellation requests.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?

All confirmations are sent via email at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still need a copy of your confirmation or receipt, please email helpdesk@p3edu.com.

Travel

What airport do I fly into?

Denver International Airport is 25 miles away and travel time is 30 – 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?

What is the address of the conference?

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotel and airport.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the reception & event?

Yes. We will have complimentary transportation available to all registered attendees staying at one of the P3•EDU contracted hotels. Service will be provided to and from the University of Colorado Denver Thursday, September 28 and Friday, September 29. A detailed transportation schedule will be provided to all registered attendees in advance of the event.

Will parking be available at University of Colorado Denver?

Yes. All registered attendees will have free on-site parking for the duration of the event.
