What are the dates of the conference?

Conference dates are all day Tuesday, October 8, and the morning of Wednesday, October 9, 2024. A welcome reception will be held the evening of Monday, October 7, 2024.

What does my registration fee include?

Registration fees include access to all conference activities and meals:

Who is attending the conference?

Attendance at P3•EDU is intended for college and university leaders including presidents, provosts, CFOs, VPs, and trustees. The event is by invitation only. Please contact if you are interested in attending.

What is the registration fee?

The registration fee for college, university and association attendees is $895. The registration fee for corporate and non-university attendees is $3,995.

What airport do I fly into?

Denver International Airport is 25 miles away and travel time is 30 – 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotel and airport.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the reception & event?

Yes. We will have complimentary transportation available to all registered attendees staying at one of the P3•EDU contracted hotels. Service will be provided to and from the Four Seasons Hotel Denver Tuesday, October 8 and Wednesday, October 9. A detailed transportation schedule will be provided to all registered attendees in advance of the event.

Will parking be available at University of Colorado Denver?

Yes. All registered attendees will have free on-site parking for the duration of the event.
