Courtney serves as the Director of UofM Global, the online arm of the University of Memphis. With an extensive background in academic advising and student retention, she has been supporting fully online learners since 2017. She and her team oversee all aspects of the online student experience including wrap-around services to ensure that fully online students are supported throughout their educational journey. Over the last several years, enrollment in UofM Global has doubled, with steady growth year-over-year in both headcount and credit hour enrollment. 

In 2018, UofM Global launched their first corporate partnership with FedEx Express called LiFE (Learning inspired by FedEx) which leverages tuition assistance benefits to reduce turnover of Express’ front-line employees.  UofM Global created a network of options and support for employees who wished to earn their degree, regardless of educational background, academic standing, and/or previous educational history. Since that first partnership, LiFE has expanded to include other operating companies within FedEx, as well as several other partnerships with organizations like Methodist Le Bonheur Hospital and Nike.
