Randall Fullington earned his PhD in English at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016. He has worked in online education for 14 years, first teaching with Colorado Community College Online and then facilitating the implementation of hybrid and fully online programs at CU Boulder. Since 2019, he has shepherded the launch of the Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership, the Master of Science in Data Science, the Master of Engineering in Engineering Management, and the Master of Science in Computer Science. He is the Assistant Vice Provost and the Executive Director of the Office of Academic and Learning Innovation.
