Lenora Reece, J.D., is the Interim Deputy Chief of Operations for Dallas College (f/k/a Dallas County Community College District). She is a passionate, innovative and solution-based individual who enjoys working through complex situations in a manner that renders actionable activities. In the span of her tenure in higher education, she has worked widely in grants and advancement, finance and financial forecasting, facility planning, organizational design and strategy. 

Ms. Reece has served in a variety of capacities during her tenure at Dallas College, first as the Associate Vice President of Advancement and then the Vice President of Business Services for its El Centro campus.  She later transitioned to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Operations for the system.  

Ms. Reece’s master’s in education and doctorate in law serve her well in the positions she has held at Dallas College, and she maintains her license to practice law in the state of Texas.
