Dr. Rahul Choudaha is Executive Vice President of Global Engagement, and Research at Studyportals. Operating out of San Francisco Bay Area, Choudaha furthers strategic partnerships and relationships with higher education institutions, professional associations, government bodies and related stakeholders on the foundations of research and intelligence.
Choudaha is recognized for his data-informed insights on international student mobility trends and its implications for global engagement and enrollment strategies. He has chaired or presented over 100 sessions at professional conferences and has been extensively quoted in global media including the BBC, Time, NPR and The Wall Street Journal. Choudaha was also the principal investigator of two national research reports commissioned by NAFSA: Association of International Educators including the “Landscape of Third-Party Pathway Partnerships in the United States.” He blogs and tweets as DrEducation.
Choudaha holds a doctorate in higher education administration, master’s in business management, and a bachelor’s in electronics engineering.
