Matt Myllykangas has 16 years of P3 experience with student housing and on-campus military housing. Matt served as Senior Vice President of Development and Pre-construction for Servitas for more than five years. During his tenure, he oversaw the successful underwriting of projects and lead the coordination between architects, general contractors, underwriters and the university partner for documentation. He successfully delivered over 3,400 beds valued at $371MM for Texas A&M University, the nation’s largest single site, single phase student housing project. 

As Lendlease’s Director of Student Housing Development, Matt is working closely with Vanderbilt University to deliver more than 600 beds of graduate and professional student housing.
