Eileen Donnelly

Biography

Eileen Donnelly has spent the majority of her career in the business sector with Proctor & Gamble, Avon Products and F. Schumacher & Co. She has held positions in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Distribution, Export Operations, and Information Technology. In 2006, Eileen was hired by Wilmington University. She has held many roles including leading all technology and student service areas, and serving as founding Dean of the College of Online and Experiential Learning. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business. Her current role is Vice President of Enrollment Management. In this role Eileen has responsibility for the University Partnership Center which manages relationships with corporations and non-profit organizations. She also leads strategic enrollment planning, student information systems planning, Institutional Research, and student advising and student success areas.

Eileen received her undergraduatedegree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, a master’sdegree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, and adoctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership from Walden University. Eileen has chaired the Boards of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and the YWCA,and served as team captain for the Wilmington University MS Bike to the Bay Team. Eileen and her husband have six children.
