Biography

Tyce Henry is a Managing Director & Partner and one of Boston Consulting Group’s leading global experts in education, training, and workforce development.  Tyce advises senior executives and drives transformations across a range of clients, from higher education and K-12 institutions to leading education & training technology firms and private equity investors.  He leads BCG’s work in education technology, from pre-K through corporate training.  He is a member of the Education Practice’s leadership team and a frequent author and speaker on topics such as digital education, ed tech investment, and corporate workforce development.  He has worked with clients on growth strategy, large-scale transformation and restructuring, postmerger integration, and mergers and acquisitions strategy, as well as due diligence, organizational design, consumer trends and segmentation, and cost efficiency. Along with his work in education & training, Tyce has advised clients in a broad variety of industries, including media & entertainment, digital marketing, software & services, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, and IT services. He began his career as a journalist covering the education sector and was a founding editor of Education Next, the leading magazine covering education policy and practice.
