Saurabh Sanghvi is a Partner in the Silicon Valley office of McKinsey & Company, where he supports institutions in improving outcomes for learners. Saurabh is a leader in McKinsey’s Education and Economic development practices and has worked with leading higher education institutions, governments, non-profits, and other organizations on the topics of growth strategy, public private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, affordability, online education, workforce development, sustainability, future business models, and economic development. Saurabh also supports McKinsey Global Institute’s research on the future of work and how new technologies, including artificial intelligence can support learning. He co-authored “Jobs lost, jobs gained: What the future of work will mean for jobs, skills, and wages.”
