Serving as Senior Vice President of Hunt Development and leader of its higher education P3 development practice, Josh Smith has led the financing and development of over $1.5 billion in public-private partnerships over the past 15 years with public and private entities across the country. His responsibilities include new business development, transaction management, and development and construction oversight. He is actively involved in AIAI, as well as the Urban Land Institute, serving as Vice Chair of the University Development and Innovation Council. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.
