As SVP, Learning Solutions & Strategy at LearningMate, Joana leads the team responsible for creating scaled and innovative learning solutions and programs in Higher Education and Workforce Development.  Formerly the president of O’Donnell Learn, a learning experience company, Joana has partnered with a wide range of universities and workforce organizations over the past fifteen years, helping them with digital transformation, and working collaboratively with them on the creation of learning solutions that meet the needs of today’s students.  Her passion is helping adult learners be successful and thrive in life.
