Eric Lucchesi is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Denver office. He is a leader in McKinsey’s Public and Social Sector Practice with a focus on higher education.  He focuses on transformational impact, change management, and capability building. Eric leads the McKinsey Education Practice’s Transformation Service Line. He is passionate about higher education’s impact on students to fulfill their potential. He has advised higher education institutions on how to improve on a multitude of functional areas including enrollment, student success, research, online learning, program portfolio, financial management, facilities management, affordability and access, etc. Furthermore, outside of higher education he has driven transformation programs with large public and private sector clients.
