Claire Williams is an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Denver office and a leader in the firm’s Education practice. She is passionate about the opportunity-expanding capacity of higher education – and the innovation that is possible through cross-sector collaboration. Her work spans preK-12 education, higher education, and the link between education and employment. She partners with educational systems and the public and private sectors across a range of strategic topics, including research and innovation, environmental sustainability, equity and access and career pathways. She loves living in Denver and adventuring in the mountains with her husband, 9-month old, and their dog. Prior to joining McKinsey, Claire taught high school math in Los Angeles Unified School District.
