As chief growth officer at Archer Education, Brad Gibbs oversees all aspects of partner relationships for online program recruitment services, providing strategic management and enabling Archer to fulfill its mission of helping its partner universities transform higher education and grow enrollment through smarter, more targeted marketing and recruitment efforts. 

With more than 20 years of experience helping institutions develop, maintain, and scale their programs, Brad is often called upon to assist institutions with developing a creative vision for their future, as well as turning that vision into strategic directions and operating plans that help the institution translate strategy into action.

After previously serving as the president of higher education at PlattForm and the chief development officer at Grantham University, Brad brings a wealth of enrollment marketing leadership and experience in designing and implementing strategic marketing plans to help grow enrollment at large and small public and private institutions.
