As the Head and Senior Vice President of the Higher Education and Workforce business at LearningMate Solutions, Nachiket Paratkar focuses on business strategy, P&L, customer relations, and vertical growth while identifying new services to introduce to the higher education and workforce markets. Before LearningMate, Nachiket worked at Aptech, gaining valuable experience in eLearning, instructional design, and education technology. From his early days overseeing the Project Management team along with the company’s centralized project delivery and quality system to establishing and heading the Account Management team to helping LearningMate become CMMI Level 5 certified, Nachiket brings over 23 years of experience to the Higher Education and Workforce Divisions.
