Mr. Turner has been with the development advisory and program management firm Brailsford & Dunlavey for 25 years and is the co-leader of the firm’s higher education and public-private partnership practice groups. He has a diversified program management background that includes work on over 450 assignments in almost every state in the country.
Mr. Turner is a highly sophisticated engineer of complex financial models that test the performance of facilities under a wide variety of market conditions. As a respected thought leader for the firm, Mr. Turner is an author and speaker on a wide variety of industry topics, ranging from non-traditional funding methods to creating sustainable student housing master plans, and the state of the higher education public-private partnership industry.
Mr. Turner is a graduate of both the George Washington University and the Johns Hopkins University, where he earned an MBA and a master’s degree in real estate development.
