Biography

Tony DiPaolo is the Senior Vice President for LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC, a subsidiary of LAZ Parking, Ltd. of Hartford, Connecticut. Tony has been with the parent company since 2005, and has overseen a variety of properties within the Illinois, Colorado, Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.

In 2006, Tony opened the LAZ Parking Midwest regional office in Chicago and has overseen its growth and development across 8 states and 11 key markets. Today, the LAZ Parking Midwest portfolio consists of over 350 locations, has 1,700+ employees, and manages in excess of $275M in annual traffic revenue. As part of his responsibilities, Tony has underwritten, transitioned and managed Public Private Partnerships which include the Millennium Garages, Chicago Parking Meters, CampusParc [The Ohio State University] and ParkEMU [Eastern Michigan University]. Tony also serves as a Board Member for the Magnificent Mile Association, an inaugural Board Member for the Chicago Police Foundation, and is actively involved with fundraising efforts done by LAZ Parking for Special Olympics of Chicago, the 100 Club of Chicago, and the Back of the Yards Association.

Prior to joining LAZ Parking, Tony was a client of LAZ Parking Massachusetts for 2 years. He served as an Event Administrator for the Boston College Athletic Association overseeing event operations for 12 sports (including football, basketball, and ice hockey) and 9 facilities.

Tony is married to Maggie DiPaolo (Christiano) and has three children, Tony (7), Vincent (4), and Dominic (1). He and his family reside in Burr Ridge, Illinois. His interests include golf, football, financial investing and real estate.
