Phil Bridgmon serves as Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of South Carolina Aiken. He provides leadership in the areas of academic innovation, strategic partnerships, enrollment management, student success, and program development. During his leadership career, a collaborative focus has resulted in record total enrollment, retention, fundraising, and graduation rates. Efforts that promote digital innovation, community outreach, and international program growth have received numerous recognitions and commendations. In the spring of 2024, he was selected for a Fulbright International Education Administrators award to India.
