Biography

Nina Farrell, CCIM, is a Vice President with JLL’s Higher Education and Public Institutions practice, dedicated to advising and representing institutions of higher learning in optimizing their real estate assets to align with their organizational goals. With expertise in strategic land planning, market and financial feasibility assessments, real estate portfolio optimization, development advisory, and transaction services for colleges and universities, Ms. Farrell is well-versed in a range of P3 financing structures, real estate marketing best practices, credit and balance sheet implications, procurement policies, and tactical negotiation of real estate transactions.

With a career spanning over 12 years in commercial real estate, Ms. Farrell has consistently focused on supporting mission-based organizations. Before joining JLL, she held the responsibility of overseeing the Southwestern region for CBRE’s Public Institutions practice, where she served as the firm’s national Higher Education Specialist. Earlier in her career, Ms. Farrell worked as a Real Estate Officer for The University of Texas System, providing real estate consultation services, strategic planning, and transaction services for the 14 University of Texas medical and academic institutions across Texas, as well as The University of Texas System Administration.
