Ms. Lindsay Stowell is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s Higher Education practice. Lindsay is the leader of higher education advisory services for JLL’s Higher Education division in the Central and Eastern two-thirds of the United States. In this role, she has oversight into every higher education advisory assignment and is responsible for ensuring that JLL’s services are provided at the highest level of quality for the client. Her areas of specific expertise include public-private partnership opportunity assessment, financial feasibility analysis, P3 transaction and procurement structuring, project marketing, development agreement negotiation and overall project management of large, complex assignments. Higher education clients within the portfolio that Lindsay manages include: The University of North Texas, Purdue University, University of Michigan, Miami University, University of Maryland, Michigan State University, University of Texas at San Antonio, University of Pittsburgh, University of Cincinnati, University of Massachusetts.
Lindsay has over 17 years of finance and advisory experience, including nearly 10 years advising the public sector and institutions of higher education on P3s. Her experience is both strategic and tactical and spans a wide range of asset types including student housing, mixed-use developments, campus hotels, campus transit, health care facilities, laboratory facilities, athletic facilities, roadways, central utility plant, wastewater treatment plant.
Prior to joining JLL in September 2018, Lindsay was a Director in the infrastructure advisory practice at KPMG and a P3 specialist at IFC.
