Jamie provides executive oversight for all Edgemoor development and asset management activities. With over 36 years of experience both in private development and public-private partnerships, Jamie’s expertise includes planning and development of innovation district elements, land acquisition and disposition, land use entitlements, real estate development budgeting, design and construction management, marketing and leasing, and asset management for company-owned and third-party assets. An industry leader in the development of higher education and innovation projects, Jamie is currently overseeing development for George Mason University’s Fuse at Mason Square and an innovation building at Texas A&M-Fort Worth. 

Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Jamie is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP. He gives back to his community as an adult leader for Scouts BSA (formerly the Boy Scouts of America.)
