Rahul Choudaha, PhD, is the Managing Director of Higher Education Research at Morning Consult, a Washington, DC-based market research and data intelligence company with nearly 500 professionals. In this role, he leads thought leadership and client engagements to address strategic priorities of enrollment, advancement, and communications leaders in higher education. 

Dr. Choudaha brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience, offering research and insights to higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. He has delivered over 200 sessions at professional conferences, including P3EDU, SXSW EDU, ASU+GSV, CASE, NAFSA, EAIE, and AIEA. He has been quoted over 300 times in global media, including BBC, Bloomberg, Inside Higher Ed, NPR, The Chronicle of Higher Education, The Financial Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. 

Dr. Choudaha earned his doctorate in higher education from the University of Denver. He holds an MBA in marketing and an undergraduate degree in engineering.
