Brad Noyes is the co-leader of the higher education/P3 practice group at Brailsford & Dunlavey, a development advisory firm that works with colleges and universities across the country. Brad joined B&D shortly after its founding in 1993 and has built a reputation as one of the foremost advisors on public-private partnerships within the higher education sector. He has lectured and written extensively on P3s and other real estate-related topics, and has performed market and financial analyses, architectural programming, design management, and construction management for over $4 billion of campus development. Brad is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
